Here is a Veg Carotene-Rich Veg soup recipe:

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes, chopped

2 small beetroots, peeled and chopped

1 small carrot, peeled and chopped

1 onion

A teaspoon seed is half a cumin seed

1 teaspoon garam masala

Salt, as per the taste

Dark powder, as per taste


How to:

Pressure to cook tomatoes, beetroots, carrot, onion, cumin seeds in one cup of water. Wait until one whistle.

Allow the pressure to release completely. Wait until it cools down.

Transfer the boiled vegetables to a blender and blend into a smooth paste.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour over it.

Add the garam masala, black flour and salt to it and mix. Cook until boiling.

Serve the soup hot.
