Ingredients:

500gm spinach

Half butter

1 onion, chopped

8-10 pods, carved

1 cup of milk

2 tablespoons whole flour (maida)

3-4 tablespoons cheese (probably parmesan cheese)

Salt, if necessary

Black pepper, chilli flakes and other herbs and spices, as per choice and taste


How to:

Blanche the spinach and drain the excess water. Pat dry and cut the spinach almost and set aside.

Heat the butter in a pan and add the onions and garlic to it. Cook until the ingredients turn sour.

Add the flour and whisk well to avoid any lumps.

Add the milk and prepare a smooth and creamy white sauce. You can also add heavy cream if you have it.
