Vitamin D-Rich Recipe: This Dahi-Mushroom Soup Is All You Need To Make A Meal (Internal Recipe)

Vitamin D has been in the news for some time now. Also called 'sunlight vitamin', it is the single most important nutrient needed by our body for various functions. In addition, it has a profound effect on the course of an ongoing condition (read: Coronavirus epidemic).

According to a previous study published in 'The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism', 80 percent of people affected by COVID-19 may suffer from vitamin D deficiency, which can lead to weakened immune system, weakened bones, respiratory problems and more.

Vitamin D deficiency can also lead to hair loss, obesity and obesity and related stiffness (diabetes, cholesterol et al). Therefore, health experts around the world are constantly putting emphasis on a nutrient-rich diet for healthy living.

While sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, we are all very careful to get out of the house during the epidemic. Instead, we can consider adding vitamin D-rich foods to your daily diet.
