Ingredients:
2 cups mushroom, chopped
1 cup dahi / curd
Half a cup of chopped onions
The perfect garam masala (cloves, cinnamon and cardamom)
1 whole red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of red kashmiri
Oil, according to each need
Salt, as per the taste
Coriander leaves chopped, garnish
How to:
Heat oil in a pan and add all the garam masala and dried red pepper. Let him be angry.
Add the onions and fry until the color changes. Add salt to taste.
Make a paste of dahi, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and cumin powder and place in a pan.
Cook everything together. Add water, if needed.
Toss the mushrooms, add salt and close the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
