Here is the Dahi-Mushroom Sabzi recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups mushroom, chopped

1 cup dahi / curd

Half a cup of chopped onions

The perfect garam masala (cloves, cinnamon and cardamom)

1 whole red pepper

1 teaspoon cumin powder

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

Half a teaspoon of red kashmiri

Oil, according to each need

Salt, as per the taste

Coriander leaves chopped, garnish


How to:

Heat oil in a pan and add all the garam masala and dried red pepper. Let him be angry.

Add the onions and fry until the color changes. Add salt to taste.

Make a paste of dahi, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and cumin powder and place in a pan.

Cook everything together. Add water, if needed.

Toss the mushrooms, add salt and close the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.

Open the lid and see if the mushrooms are well cooked. If you are satisfied with the look and texture, extinguish the flames and garnish with some coriander leaves.
