100 grams Whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp Green Chilli, chopped
1 tbsp Fresh, chopped Coriander
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Kathi Roll Stuffing:
Tawa Paneer Tikka, a few
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp of Mint Chutney
Chaat masala to taste
How to:
1. Make besan roti dough, by mixing besan, atta, onion, green pepper, coriander, red chilli powder, salt and a little oil. Make a good solid dough.
