Besan Kathi Roll with Paneer Recipe:

Ingredients:

For the future:

200 grams Gram Flour (Besan)

100 grams Whole wheat flour

1 tbsp onion, chopped

1/2 tsp Green Chilli, chopped

1 tbsp Fresh, chopped Coriander

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Fuel as needed

Salt as needed

Kathi Roll Stuffing:

Tawa Paneer Tikka, a few

1 medium onion, chopped

3 tbsp of Mint Chutney

Chaat masala to taste


How to:

1. Make besan roti dough, by mixing besan, atta, onion, green pepper, coriander, red chilli powder, salt and a little oil. Make a good solid dough.

2. Remove the small pieces of dough and roll them flat with the desired thickness; do not fold them too thin, otherwise the roti may break.

3. When all the rotis are done, start assembling the rolls. Apply the chutney paste to the roti, then add the onion, tawa paneer tikka (recipe here) and beat the rest to taste. Wrap it up and repeat.
