Here is a recipe for 3-Ingreidnet Til (Sesame Seeds) Ladoo:

Ingredients:

1 cup white sesame seeds

1-2 tablespoons ghee

Half a cup, or more (per taste)


How to:

Step 1. Roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden in color and remove the nutty flavor. Keep aside and let the seeds cool.

Step 2. Once cool, place in a blender and grind coarsely.

Step 3. Heat a deep frying pan and add ghee to it.

Step 4. Add the jaggery and let it melt into a low flame. Keep updating.

Step 5. Add flour til mix well.

Step 6. Allow the mixture to cool down for a minute or two and then make small circles with it. Be sure to rub the palm of your hand with ghee before making ladoos.

Step 7. Keep the ladoos in the pot and enjoy whenever you want.
