Half a carrot, Julienne

Half beetroot, julienne

Tomatoes half, deseeded by Julienne

5-6 lettuce leaves

2-3 tablespoons pomegranate


Salad dressing

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, dried and roasted

2-3 tablespoons peanuts, dried, roasted and finely chopped

The juice is soothing, as per the taste

Dark salt, as per taste

Honey, as per the taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1-2 tablespoons soy sauce

Chilli flakes, as per taste


How to:

Prepare a salad dressing: Add lemon juice, black salt, honey, chilli flakes to a saucepan and add olive oil to it.

Now take all the fruit and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
