Ingredients:
Khichiya papad - 2-3
Onions - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Tomatoes - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Cucumber - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Ginger - 1 teaspoon, slightly sliced
Plenty of green as per selection, recorded
Red chilli-garlic chutney- 1 teaspoon
Coriander chutney- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons
Black salt- to taste
Chaat masala- to taste
Butter - 1 teaspoon, preferably melted
Sev- decoration
Freshly chopped coriander leaves - garnish

How to:
Step 1. Roast or roast kichiya papad. Keep aside.
Step 2. Take all the other ingredients (except butter, sev, chaat masala and coriander leaves) and mix.
Step 3. You can now assemble masala khichiya papad in 2 ways
Method 1. Whisk the butter to the porridge and toss with the masala mixture.
